Esperance first radio survey a Hit

Radio ratings have been released for the first time for the town of Esperance in the southeast corner of Western Australia.

Triple M Esperance and Hit FM Esperance are the commercial radio stations serving the community.

HIT FM is the station listened to most with 25.6% followed by Triple M with 23% and ABC Esperance with 20.4%


In breakfast, ABC was number one with 24.5% followed by Hit with 23.4% and Triple M 20.9%.

Esperance is supported by agriculture and tourism, with visitors attracted to its spectacular white sand beaches and national parks.

The research was conducted by Xtra Insights, the industry’s official provider of regional radio surveys.
