Duncan Campbell has been appointed to the top programming position at the Australian Radio Network, following the announcement of the imminent departure of Peter Yiamarelos (see other story). The network has expanded the Group PD position to the newly titled role of National Content Director.

Campbell is returning to Australia after 8 years in the UK, having held senior programming positions with G-Cap, the GWR Group and most recently, as Regional Programme Director with the Bauer Radio Group, based in Edinburgh since 2008. He has worked in every metro market in Australia having been a former Group Programme Director of Triple M.

Duncan Campbell has told radioinfo his start date is not yet firm as he still has some details to tie up in the UK.
