Dua Lipa gets Physical at No.23: AirCheck

Dua Lipa delivered new music to the airwaves last week with ‘Physical’, debuting at No.23 on the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart. 15 stations added the track with Nova937 Perth and Nova 969 out in front, with 30 spins each.

Dua Lipa also spent her sixth week atop the chart with pop anthem ‘Don’t Start Now’. Receiving 897 spins, the tune earned airplay across 27 stations, including the Nova, Hit and KIIS networks, and even surprisingly on Triple M on the Gold Coast, Central Coast and in Newcastle.

The Weeknd’s ‘Blinding Lights’ was the second most played song on radio this week, receiving 800 plays. Across Australia, 23 stations added the track with The Edge Sydney the track’s top supporter with 61 instances.
 
Major CHR networks Nova, Hit and KIIS had the track on high rotation while Hot AC stations Hot Tomato, Star 104.5, New FM, 97.3FM and Mix102 also jumped on board.

Taylor Swift returned to the chart with ‘The Man’ in at No.30. The release was backed by 19 stations and gained 207 spins on last week’s airplay. Fox FM Melbourne and Hit 92.9 Perth were the top spinners adding 21 plays each.
