The Driver’s Seat unveils new distribution for 2018

The motoring show is expanding.

SuperUte driver and high-performance driver trainer, Matt MacKelden, and former V8 Supercar driver and current defending Touring Car Masters champion, Steve Johnson, have traded the race track for the airwaves to host  The Driver’s Seat, which is expanding in 2018.

The weekly motorsport show produced by Crocmedia can be heard 11am-12pm Sunday mornings across the Super Radio network with new distribution unveiled for 2018.

New radio partners include Melbourne’s 1116 SEN and the ACE Radio Network, and fans in famed racing town Bathurst will also hear the show for the first time on 2BS Bathurst each Saturday at noon.

Crocmedia CEO Craig Hutchison said the company was excited to be expanding The Driver’s Seat after a successful first season.

“We’re always looking for new ways to produce content that entertains fans and delivers value for our partners and this show is a great example of both,” he said.

The Driver’s Seat is one of a growing stable of sport and entertainment programs produced by Crocmedia, which includes the popular Off The Bench, Sportsday, SportZone, Inside The Ropes, Reel Adventures and The Sounding Board (podcast).
