Dobson leaves Austereo for esp

Triple M Network Program Director Guy
Dobson has resigned to take up the position of Managing Director of consulting company esp . He will begin on 1st February 2003. He will be replaced by Simon Mumford.

Greg Smith, co founder of esp, who’ll move into the role of Executive Director,

Dobson has 20 years in radio working at various regional stations, Fox FM Vancouver,
The Metro Radio Group UK, Sea Fm Gold Coast, 4MMM, Fox FM Melbourne
and the last 7 years as Program Director of 2MMM Sydney and then Triple M
Network Program Director with Austereo.

Austereo’s Group Programming Director Jeff Allis has announced that Simon
Mumford will replace Dobson as Triple M Sydney’s new Program Director. Mumford was previously
Program Director with Austereo at Triple M Perth, SA FM in Adelaide,
Canberra’s FM104.7 and for the last five years has been Assistant Program
Director and Music Director of Triple M Sydney.

Group Program Director Jeff Allis, said: “Guy is one of Australia’s finest
programmers and this gives Austereo the opportunity to utilise Guy’s
talents on both networks.”
