Diversity: no longer a niche in radio #CRAconf full session

By and large, radio in Australia is still dominated by white males.

And although women have made done much to close the gender gap, radio still lags behind in reflecting the cultural mix that is the reality of 21st century Australia.

In this full session from the CRA Radio Conference in Melbourne last month, an expert panel discusses the changing face of Australia and how radio can better reflect its audience in its talent.

On the panel: SBS Radio’s executive producer of audio and language, Christophe Mallet, Alana Howe, head of HR, Nova Entertainment; Andrea Ho, local radio manager, ABC Radio; Barry Lea, broadcaster; Mandi Wicks, director of audio, language and content, SBS.
