Deborah Clay returns from MediaCorp fellowship

Deborah Clay, Sydney News Director for Southern Cross Austereo, is back at work after completing a fellowship at radio network MediaCorp, in Singapore.

Deborah received the fellowship as part of the Brian White Memorial Award (Australian Commercial Radio Awards), which recognises sustained journalistic achievement and effort, covering all aspects of radio journalism.

Deborah said she “thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working in the MediaCorp newsroom”, which services 13 radio stations.

She was also given an overview of the various departments including content and appeared as a guest on Singapore’s #1 English radio station, Class 95FM.
