Dan and Maz hit top gear with the latest on Jeremy Clarkson

Actor and motoring nut Shane Jacobson, has revealed on hit 104.1 2Day FM’s Dan & Maz Breakfast show this morning what is happening with the Top gear Festival and Jeremy Clarkson.

Shane is former host of Top Gear Australia and friends with the sacked Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson.

Shane confirmed he has been in direct contact with Jeremy Clarkson via text message since the BBC sacking dramas and the Top Gear Festival due to come to Australia this month was placed in limbo because of the dramas. Shane also confirmed the festival will NOT go ahead as originally planned and it has been a tough decision for those organising it.

However while postponed, it will return totally different as  Clarkson, Hammond and May LIVE with shows in Sydney and Melbourne in July this year.
