Celebrity readers for Brisbane 973’s Potter book reading

Potter mania continues at Brisbane’s 97.3 as a long list of celebrities participates in the station’s continuous book reading event (see earlier story).

97.3 has created a Harry Potter non-stop book reading event outside Borders’ Brisbane city bookstore. As soon as Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince hit the book stand at 9.01am today (AEST), celebrities, local identities and Potter fans began taking turns in
reading 10 minute passages of the book.

Some of the celebrities include:

* Wes Denning – Totally Wild & 2004 Big Brother Contestant – Ch 10

* Natalie Cook & Nicole Sanderson – Olympic Beach Volleyballers

* Trevor ‘The Axe’ Gillmeister – Ipswich Jets Coach & Queensland Origin

Official approval for this Harry Potter reading event was granted last week by the Christopher Little Literature Agency in the UK.
