Canberra Raider, Blake Austin, isn’t completely resting during his re-hab as he’s joined the MIX 106.3 team choosing the music the station plays until he returns to the field.

From today Blake will be heard on-air making and playing his selections, taking calls from his Raiders mates for requests and pressing a few buttons with some guidance from his MIX 106.3 team-mates.

MIX 106.3 Content Director, Jason Matthews says, “This was a good idea at the time, Blake is a very talented footy player and I’m sure his talents will translate well on-air with his music selections.” He added, “What could possibly go wrong?”
