Everyone loves their 15 minutes of fame, and Nova 106.9 helped to make that happen this week with its unique “Nova’s Insta Party” station promotion.

Partnering with Goa Billboards and various record companies, Nova 106.9 presented the first ever “Nova’s Insta Party” where one lucky winner appeared on Goa digital billboards all over Brisbane. The winners also had Brisbane band ‘Slip-On Stereo’ perform at their workplace.

To win listeners took a pic of themselves and uploaded it to Instagram with the hashtag #NovasInstaParty.

Nova listener Stacey, who works at the Emergency Services Department in Wooloowin, was announced as the winner on Goa’s digital billboards. 

She had lunch supplied and funky Brisbane-based 4-piece band ‘Slip-On Stereo’ performed at her workplace.

Various images of listeners who entered were also screened on goa billboards throughout the day.

Nova 106.9 is a radio station well known for its unique promotions and adventures such as the World’s Longest Slip ‘n’ Slide, Bobbleheads in Space, the Human Bowling Challenge and the World Belly Flop Championships. This is the latest of those fr0m the innovative station.
