Amanda & The Living Room win at the Logies

Amanda Keller and The Living Room team picked up their first Logie, winning Best Lifetsyle Program at last night’s awards.

Amanda lost out in the Most Popular Presenter Category to Carrie Bickmore, but as she had said before the night, simply to be nominated was a huge honour.

Carrie who also picked up the Gold Logie, won hearts around Australia when in her acceptance speech she dedicated the win to her husband who died from brain cancer in 2010 and encouraged everyone to wear a beanie today in support of research and awareness into the disease.

While Jonesy & Amanda remained in Melbourne after the Logies they showed their support for the campaign asking for a beanie on the laptop as they were Skyped this morning.
