ACE Radio looks to the future with a training day in Victoria

ACE Radio has held a training day in Ballarat for 88 members of the collective network’s sales force, plus creative writers and management.
 
One of the ACE radio philosophies on radio is “If you work in radio, you’ll know that no two days are ever the same, and no amount of knowledge or training is ever enough”
 
Guest speaker, Brand Strategist Ross Smith, shared his wisdom, insights and international experience with the assembled team, alongside Three Bongos Creative Director Mark Stevens and marketing consultant Jim Glennon, at a forum where creative and company values were refined and reinforced.
 
Practical group exercises and imaginative demonstrations were the order of the day for both seasoned veterans of the radio industry and brand-new recruits, proof that shared wisdom benefits both the old pro’s and the newbies.
 
The aim of the weekend is to keep ACE Radio at the forefront of regional radio success across Victoria and New South Wales.
