6 jobs axed at ARN

It’s not just on air changes that are happening around the industry.

There has been confirmation today that six off air roles have been made redundant across the ARN Network. The jobs are believed to be in sales. The changes are part of a wider restructure, which is expected to see other jobs created in restructured areas.

Information from the company has been limited, but an ARN spokesperson has told radioinfo:

“ARN has experienced a significant amount of successful change over the past few years and continually reviews its business to ensure it is meeting the needs and expectations of the dynamic marketplace. Some structural change has been implemented which unfortunately has meant that six roles are no longer required.

“ARN is grateful for their immense contributions to the company and wish each of these six people the best in their future careers. There will be no further redundancies as part of this review, the result of which has seen a number of new appointments made and additional new roles created with recruitment already underway”
