Will & Woody win $64,000 on Who Wants to be a Millionaire

KIIS FM’s Will & Woody have won $64,000 for their nominated charity, Gotcha 4 Life, in the second instalment of the celebrity version of Nine's Who Want To Be a Millionaire.
 
Gotcha 4 Life was founded by Gus Worland and is a not-for-profit Foundation that funds sustainable educational workshops, training programmes and products, building mental fitness in communities across Australia, to enable strong, open and binding relationships.
 

 

Will & Woody get a new EP for 2021

Ed Kirkwood has been appointed to the role of Executive Producer for the KIIS Network’s National Drive Show Will & Woody in 2021.

 The appointment comes following the resignation of Tia Ucich who is returning to her hometown of Perth. She will continue as Executive Producer of Will & Woody until Friday, November 27.

KIIS will go silent to support R U OK?Day

KIIS 1065 in Sydney and KIIS 101.1 in Melbourne will go silent for 10 seconds every hour from 6am today as a reminder for listeners to check in on friends, family and colleagues as part of national R U OK?Day.
 
A simple conversation could be life changing, so every hour on the hour KIIS 1065 and KIIS 101.1 will stop the music and on-air chatter to encourage listeners to speak up and ask someone “R U OK?”.

With most ARN teams working from home, Will & Woody have ‘taken over’ the offices from the boardroom to the studio.
 
The boys are running amok, giving their best impersonations of Kyle and Jackie O and KIIS Network’s 3pm Pick Up hosts Bec Judd and Monty Dimond.
 
Woody finds an unusual use for the photocopier, and the pair try their hand at cleaning and running tech.

Jessica Mauboy is brought to tears during a Will & Woody interview

Jessica Mauboy has pulled of an epic performance, breaking down in tears as she pranked Woody during an interview on KIIS FM.
 
While Woody was out of the studio, Will asked Jessica to pretend her recently announced engagement was off, and when Woody returned, one of the first questions he asked was about the new engagement, even offering his services as a wedding celebrant.
 

ARN renews its partnership with the VRC

Will & Woody's good deed's challenge breaks 1,000

Recently KIIS’s Will & Woody were set the challenge by Hugh van Cuylenburg from The Resilience Project to achieve 1000 good deeds in a week.
 
Hugh explained how doing something little for someone else can improve your state of mind by increasing the happiness for the person doing the good deed and of course making the person receiving the good deed feel great too by letting them know someone cares enough to do something nice for them.
 

Guy Sebastian surprised by flash choir performing his song

KIIS FM’s Drive show Will & Woody had Guy Sebastian in-studio yesterday afternoon, where they surprised him with a flash choir, performing Guy’s new song.
 
Guy had absolutely no idea what was about to happen when Will and Woody took him out of the studio for “…a casual chat on the couch”.
 
Then one by one, professional singers popped up from their desks around the office floor to belt out a line, shocking Guy, who wasn’t sure why all these KIIS employees were such good singers.
