Hadley 'sick to the back teeth' of transmission problems

Saturday 11 February, 2017
Triple M on the NSW Mid North Coast has been having trouble with the feed of the Ray Hadley show, and Ray is not happy about it.
"I've investigated this personally because I'm getting sick to the back teeth of complaints from listeners from Triple M on the Mid North Coast,” Hadley told listeners this week.
He got an email from a listener asking who was responsible. “It's not us, the signal goes out," he said.

Triple M set to rock footy in 2017

Thursday 02 February, 2017

NRL is part of Triple M's DNA just as much as rock music and MG taking sickies.  It's what we know, it's what we love, it's what we've become famous for.
We've gone 18 long weeks without it and quite frankly, it's driven us mad. Thankfully the Auckland Nines kicks off just when we need it most, to get us pumped for the season proper.

The 2017 Triple M line-up is "exceptional once again", and there's still a few surprises still to add to the commentary team.

Years in the making, the biggest rebrand in Australian radio history has arrived

Thursday 15 December, 2016

There were Seas and Hots and Stars plus a bevy of bits and bobs, all the result of numerous mergers and acquisitions that over several years brought together the considerable resources of stations from Austereo, RG Capital, DMG, Southern Cross, B105, Triple M, FOX and 2Day, among many others, to arrive at an owned network that today boasts the broadest commercial radio footprint Australia has ever seen.

Finally, today, all those disparate names and call signs have been wrangled, distilled and reduced to just two essential elements - HIT and Triple M. Well, almost.

Survey 8: "...after that we draw a line in the sand," says Paul Jackson

Monday 12 December, 2016

It was (almost) the night before Christmas and all through the town, not a creature was stirring…
Look, to be honest, the town is pretty rowdy at the moment with Christmas celebrations underway, but in the world of radio, as Christmas parties are done and dusted and personalities off on their break, things are rather quiet.
However, that serenity will be interrupted momentarily tomorrow with the release of Survey 8.
