Radiodays Europe 2022 announces more sessions and more speakers

Radiodays Europe 2022 continue to unveil speakers and events for this year’s conference in Malmö, Sweden.

Following on from the success of Podcast Day by Radiodays Europe which last year evolved into Podcast Day 24, this year at Radiodays Europe there will be a special Sunday event on Podcasting, as well as a number of sessions in the main programme for podcasters.

Radio and all the many parts of the radio industry remain a focus and the theme for the event is Audio Today & Tomorrow switching up the focus to include radio, audio and podcasting.

Speakers recently announced include Tom Webster of Edison Research and his session It’s all in the Facts & Figures.

Tom is Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for Edison Research, has over 20 years of experience researching consumer usage of technology, new media, and social networking, and is a frequent keynote speaker on consumer behaviour and data.

Sinatou Saka is an Editorial Project Manager and Specialised Journalist of RFI and France 24France Médias Monde, the group in charge of French international broadcasting.

Sinatou has a wide field of interest from African languages, new technology, feminism, solutions for journalists and media innovation, and she will be talking audio, social audio with a focus on RFI’s engagement and interaction strategy on WhatsApp.

Matti Kajander is responsible for programming, developing and producing Finnish language audio drama in the drama department of Yle.

He has studied Film and TV production in Aalto University and he works on both audio and video stories.

Matti is bringing the drama to Radiodays Europe Malmö 2022 to discuss success in audio dramas through his experience over the years in this area of audio content creation.
