NOVA Entertainment has secured "the ultimate space to unwind, relax and reconnect, the smooth suite at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley", the latest extension of the smoothfm brand’s experiential platform.

The smooth suite was introduced in 2014 as “pop up” accommodation, designed to create a brand immersion experience for clients and agencies in Sydney and Melbourne’s media market.

Ben Latimer has been named as smoothfm’s Program Director for the duration of a maternity role contract.

With over 15 years’ experience, Ben has senior content management experience across multiple broadcast platforms.

Most recently Ben was Head of On Demand at Foxtel Television Networks, where he has been responsible for all on demand content on the platform and overseeing editorial on all devices for almost three years.

Nova 100's Brad Laesk wins 2017 Iron Imager

Nova 100 Melbourne's Network Imaging Producer Brad Leask has beaten another Aussie, Sideshow Mike Anderson, for the honour of being the 2017 Iron Imager.

The Iron Imager contest, sponsored by Jingle/Imaging company Benztown, requires finalists to make a promo in one hour from material provided to them.

This year's material featured the voice of Donald Trump and the synthetic voice of 'Alexa' aimed to make a promo for Power 95.7.
