Kate, Tim & Joel will be Live in Lockdown

Nova’s Kate, Tim & Joel are bringing their drive show to Saturday morning in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide on 24 July.

Dressed in their best trackies, Kate, Tim & Joel will come together this weekend to entertain their listeners caught in lockdown states and will be chatting to Nova’s breakfast announcers also in lockdown, including Chrissie Swan, Wippa and Liam Stapleton, as well as other friends of the show.

15 years of laughs continue for Nova 100 and the Melbourne Comedy Festival

Nova 100 is partnering with one of the most respected festivals around the world, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, for the 15th year, and will provide listeners with access to and showcase the biggest, as well as new and up and coming, comedians throughout March and concluding at the end of the Festival on 18 April.

Over the last four weeks, Fox FM and Nova100 had the highest crossover according to AirCheck Australia, sharing over a third of their playlists. During this time Fox played a wider range of tracks while Doja Cat’s ‘Say So' was the most played song on the two stations with 330 spins.

Aiden Grant, with tongue firmly in cheek, was “shocked” to learn that Melbourne’s Nova 100 breakfast show Chrissie, Sam & Browny had allegedly stolen one of his benchmark regular segments, which has been running since last year.

Smash hit Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi wowed Melbourne fans on Saturday night, performing in the first Nova’s Red Room for 2020.
The 22-year-old singer-songwriter performed in front of over 300 fans in an intimate show held at the Chapel off Chapel in Prahran.

During this time Triple M played a wider range of tracks while Tears For Fears’ ‘Everybody Wants To Rule The World’ was the most played song on the two stations with 47 spins.

Browny completes the NY Marathon and raises $100,000 for EB Research

Nova 100’s breakfast presenter from the Chrissie, Sam & Browny Show, Jonathan Brown, has completed the gruelling 42km New York Marathon earlier this morning, with Chrissie Swan, Sam Pang and his wife Kylie Brown all cheering him on from the sidelines in the city that never sleeps.
Browny was running for The EB Research Foundation and successfully completed the world-famous race in 3 hours and 15 minutes, shaving 15 minutes off his personal goal.
