Macquarie Radio network’s Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for November 15th. The company’s financial reports will be received and discussed and other business at the meeting will include the re-election of Executive Chairman Russell Tate and other directors.
Through his company Hadiac, Alan Jones exercised his option on 1.3 million shares, which he acquired last month. Russell Tate received an incentive performance bonus in addition to his $996,000 salary.
