2SER FM Managing Director Melanie Withnall has been appointed to the position of CBAA Vice President, filling the vacancy left on the board when Philip Randall was elected Chairman at the association’s recent AGM. Ms Withnall has been a board member and CBAA Financial Director for several years and her promotion to Vice President leaves another vacant position on the board.
