Jonesy and Amanda beat the 7 year itch

WS FM’s Jonesy and Amanda are beginning their 8th year on air together at WS FM breakfast after a huge year in 2012. It is Jonesy’s tenth year with the station. They reckon it will be bigger than  ever.

In its target audience, 40-54, their show scored an 11.5% share and had 351,000 listeners.

  •        49.7% are Female
  •        50.3% are Male  
  •        65% are married or in de facto relationships
  •        41% have a child under 18 living in the home
  •        35% live in Sydney’s South / South West
  •         25% live in Sydney’s West
  •         23% live in Sydney’s North
  •         17% have a household income over $140k
  •         80% of WSFM listeners access the internet daily
  •         40% subscribe to Pay TV
  •         94% of WSFM listeners own a mobile phone with 58% of these using Smart phones
  •         13% currently listen to the radio on their mobile
  •         63% feel music is really important to them
  •         60% of WSFM’s listeners say that lack of smutty language is very important in their choice of radio station
