We reported earlier this week on the passing of John Burnley.
John’s wife Roz and the family have invited those who knew John to the Pineapple Hotel in Brisbane this Friday, 24 March, from 12 noon for a celebration of John’s life time achievements.
The Pineapple Hotel is located at 706 Main St, Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.
John Burnley had a stunning career, starting as a teenager at 7HT in his home town of Hobart
He went on to work at 7HO, 7LA, 7EX, 2GB, 2UE, 2SM, 6KY, 6IX, 2CC, 4BK, 4BC, 4BH and StarFM.
He was also Program Director at 2SM, 6PM, 6PR, 6IX and 4BC.
