NT Broadcasters, a division of Grant broadcasters and owners of hot100 Darwin have announced that today will see a changing of the guard, with HOT100 officially changing station name to maroon fm for 24 hours.

As most of the staff at hot100 are Queensland supporters, as are most people living in Darwin, they have decided to fully support the maroons bringing it home in game 3 with the name change.

The Drex & Ronnie morning show will be officially renamed the Karmichael Hunt show.
Katie Woolf the news reader will be officially known as King Wally for the day.

Even the news theme will take on a makeover – instead its current news theme by regurgitator; the theme will become “sounds of then” by gangajang.

Drex and Ronnie told radioinfo that they are happy to call their show the Carmichael Hunt show, as long as they don’t make the same mistake as Ray “rabs” Warren did during game 1.
