Survey 5 wasn't a bad one for SCA with Triple M remaining rock steady, while for the Hit Network in Perth, HIT 92.9 enjoyed a solid gain of 0.7 and there was an encouraging 0.2 uptick for 2Day in Sydney with 0.3’s worth of green shots for Em Rusciano and Harley Breen’s breakfast show.

Sarah has most recently been the Deputy Editor of the Daily Mail Australia and has extensive experience in managing newsrooms in an online environment.

There were Seas and Hots and Stars plus a bevy of bits and bobs, all the result of numerous mergers and acquisitions that over several years brought together the considerable resources of stations from Austereo, RG Capital, DMG, Southern Cross, B105, Triple M, FOX and 2Day, among many others, to arrive at an owned network that today boasts the broadest commercial radio footprint Australia has ever seen.

Finally, today, all those disparate names and call signs have been wrangled, distilled and reduced to just two essential elements - HIT and Triple M. Well, almost.

Record digital audience for SCA

Nielsen’s latest digital publishing results have revealed a total audience for SCA of 1.486M for the month of February.
 
This figure is the highest ever recorded by SCA.
 
The Hit Network and Triple M are also placed #1 and #2 radio network respectively, with Entertainment and Sport continuing to engage SCA’s audience digitally. Triple M Sydney was the biggest radio website based on Unique Digital Audience in February.
