In a Tasmanian Charity first, the Tasmanian Government has teamed up with Lyden Builders and Triple M Give Me 5 For Kids for a unique project supporting a special Hobart family who is in desperate need of assistance.

KOFM raised $56,729.67  in this year’s Give Me Five For Kids 2016 charity drive.

The amount raised will go towards the John Hunter Children’s Hospital where it will be used to purchase much needed air/oxygen blenders for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

RadioWest raises $116,515.25 for Give Me Five for Kids

 $116,515.25 has been raised by the Regional Western Australian community in this year’s Give Me Five For Kids 2016 charity drive.
 
The amount raised will go towards Perth’s Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, where it will help families with children receiving treatment at the Hospital be able to have accommodation and not worry about the cost with the Regional Assistance Fund.
 
Every dollar donated to the Regional Assistance Fund will help make a difference to a sick child and their family.

Heart 107.3's Dave and Kylie have announced the total raised in their 2016 Give Me 5 for Kids campaign, $408, 654.80.

With key fundraising events including a scenic flight of Tasmania, a gala ball and record breaking wheelie in walks on the Eastern and Western Shores, the GM5FKs team were again stunned with the amount of community support, both from individuals and businesses.

A flying sign, soaring above the Sunshine Coast has boasted $373,822, the largest amount ever donated in the month long fundraiser.

 

92.7 Mix FM’s breakfast personalities Mark & Caroline, as well as afternoon crew Todd & Sami, worked tirelessly for the month of June, helping co-ordinate and publicise more than 40 separate events, all to raise much needed funds for paediatric health services on the Sunshine Coast.

KOFM’s Give Me 5 For Kids was launched today, raising money for the John Hunter Children's Hospital with KOFM Breakfast’s Tanya Wilks & Steve G conquering their biggest fear – heights.

A cold and drizzly Hunter Stadium was the setting, as Tanya Wilks and Steve G were raised in a scissor lift, more than X metres from the ground. The purpose was to ask Newcastle to pledge their donations in order to get them safely down.

Held every June, the initiative raises funds for the Children’s Ward of local hospitals.
 
Give Me 5 For Kids has changed the lives of children and their families throughout regional Australia by enabling them to purchase vital equipment required to assist sick kids.

Heart 107.3 has raised $488,878.92 during their Give Me 5 for Kids fundraising initiative in 2015, unveiling the total this morning.

With a national record set in 2014, the bar was set incredibly high when Heart 107.3 Breakfast announcers Dave Noonan and Kylie Baxter took up the challenge again this year.
