Footy is back on the radio for 2017

With the 2017 Toyota AFL Premiership Season kicking off tonight, the Triple M AFL call will be front and centre in its 21st year; broadcasting all the games.

With a new 6 year deal with the AFL, Triple M has taken the chance to freshen up the call with two legends fresh out of the game – Chris Judd and Paul Roos, along with our new Brisbane based team mates, Simon Black and Daniel Merrett.

Returning to the nation’s #1 footy call for listeners under 69 are James Brayshaw, Brian Taylor, Wayne Carey, Luke Darcy, Mark Howard, Mark Ricciuto, Nathan Brown, Jude Bolton, Warren Tredrea, Andrew Embley and Wayne Schwass. And while his TV commentary duties may be over, the Voice of Football Dennis Cometti will head up all WA based games for Triple M.

Damien Barrett and Jay Clark will return with their news insights and will be joined by Ash Chua for his Rain Man-esque statistics.

Neroli Meadows also joins Triple M Footy for boundary duty on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons, Sarah Faour returns to the boundary on Saturday nights and Michael Roberts will be on the boundary on Sundays.
