Australian Radio Network has revealed plans for GOLD104.3’s Breakfast show in 2016 with Anthony ‘Lehmo’ Lehmann re-signing with the station.

The Australian Radio Network (ARN) has issued a short statement announcing Brigitte Duclos ( one half of Brig and Lehmo breakfast show) will be leaving GOLD104.3.

ARN National Content Director Duncan Campbell said: “Brig has been a valued member of ARN and the GOLD104.3 team and we wish her every success for 2016 and beyond.”

ARN announces new appointments in Melbourne

The Australian Radio Network (ARN) today announced the creation of a Melbourne Content Director role, Operations Manager roles and Content Assistant roles for stations KIIS 101.1 and GOLD104.3, as part of a business restructure.
Sam Thompson has been appointed Melbourne Content Director for KIIS 101.1 and GOLD104.3. Sam was previously Content Director for GOLD104.3.

ARN appoints Deborah Clay

The Australian Radio Network (ARN) has confirmed Deborah Clay will join the company in the newly created role of Sydney/Brisbane News Director and Drive News Presenter for WSFM and the KIIS National Network.
Deborah is a highly experienced broadcast journalist and has previously held News Director and Breakfast News Presenter roles at Southern Cross Austereo and has worked as a journalist at Sky News, Nova and 2SM.

You’d be forgiven for thinking that the most listened to station in Australia is 3AW with its massive 15.4 of the Melbourne market. Yet, if you take the word of Nova Entertainment’s Paul Jackson then the leading station is NOVA 969 in Sydney. According to him It has more listeners than any other station in the country. Not only that, he says, “NOVA 100 (in Melbourne) is the second most listened to station in Australia.”
