Here, There & Everywhere has bought into outdoor advertising business oOh!media, picking up at least 11million shares.
HT&E owns the Australian Radio Network (ARN), and its brands, which include the KIIS Network, Pure Gold Network, iHeartRadio, The Edge96.One and Mix106.3 Canberra.
oOh!media notified the ASX and its shareholders that HT&E has bought a 1.8% stake in the company.
ARN’s successful Audio Academy program will now be offered online for clients at home, with the recent uptake seeing record registration rates.
The Audio Academy program, now in its tenth year, was developed by ARN to support clients and agencies in their understanding of how audio works. By gaining this valuable insight into audio through the eyes of experts, clients and agencies can harness the power of audio to generate the best commercial content.
ARN’s Chief Marketing Officer Anthony Xydis is leaving after coming to a mutual agreement with company.
Of his decision to leave the business after 7 years, Anthony said:

ARN’s Jason Staveley has tested positive to COVID-19 and is recovering at home.
Jason notified friends via Facebook that “I have tested positive to #coronavirus and am now in quarantine at home. It hit me fast and can hit hard, so please do everything the experts are asking.
“The testing process is well organised – my result was delivered late yesterday in a little over 24 hours. The follow up from the Federal Health Dept has also been great.”

AirCheck has expanded its coverage of digital radio to include all major stations, due to client demand.
