Top US radio consumer trends in 2016

As 2016 is winding down and the new year is about to arrive, Nielsen USA has taken a close look at the radio industry this past year and its ever-evolving growth and listening trends.

Radio’s reach in America is larger than any other format and continues to grow year-over-year. Nielsen’s latest Comparable Metrics Report (graphic below) reported that radio reaches 93% of U.S. each week.
