SEN named official radio broadcast partner 2019 Australian open

SEN’s summer of sport just got a whole lot hotter with the announcement that the station will become the official domestic radio broadcast partner for Australian Open.
 
SEN will create a new broadcast product, ‘KIA Presents AO Live’ for the Grand Slam event from 14-27 January, broadcasting during selected windows of the tournament on 1116 SEN, SEN+, SEN 2 and SEN SA.
 

Eastern football league partners with 1377 SEN+

The Eastern Football League, the biggest and number-one ranked local football competition in Victoria, has today announced a two-year broadcast partnership with 1377 SEN+.
 
For the 2019 and 2020 seasons, 1377 SEN+ will broadcast EFL Game-Day live on Saturday as well as EFL Sunday from 10am-12pm, reviewing all of the previous day’s action.

Former sportsman turned commentator Liam Pickering and broadcaster Jack Heverin have today been named to round out the 1116 SEN XI.
 
Pickering played 124 games of AFL with North Melbourne and Geelong Football Club, before turning his to talent management and commentary, with regular appearances across a host of SEN shows, including Off The Bench.
 

SEN+...When Too Much Sport Is Not Enough

Pacific Star Network will launch SEN+ 1377 AM on Monday, promising to bring Melbourne sports fans more sport than ever before and a greater choice.

PSN Managing Director and Crocmedia CEO, Craig Hutchision says “SEN+ will begin with dedicated calls of sports such as VFL football …(and become) the dedicated home of national A-League matches in the summer.”

McGuire and Mueller worked together at Triple M on The Hot Breakfast for 8 years.

Currently Mueller is the Executive Producer for 1116 SEN’s Gerald Whateley.

Ox and Marco drop legal action against SEN

The pair, who were axed from SEN in December last year, are now heard in the Drive shift on Macquarie Sports Radio
