Video and websites are now as much a part of radio as microphones and cans. Some are able to converge their use of different platforms better than others. We reckon Deano host of Nova’s Up Late with Deano (10pm to 1am), does it better than most. At any rate, he’s certainly out there with his irreverent style both on-air and on-line.

Late Nights may not be the most glamorous of shifts but Deano reckons it allows him to be more creative and edgy with his interviews and video.
