We have an exciting new role available for a Senior KIIS 1065 Campaign Manager. The role is to lead the KIIS 1065 Campaign team in developing strategic solutions for listeners and clients that achieve optimum profitability & enhanced ratings.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in leading the Campaign team to create compelling content and campaigns with flawless execution from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, organisers and media
  • Ensure that all concepts generated are on brief, on brand and on time.
  • Ensure the priorities of the business are met by balancing the needs of Content Teams with commercial understanding and business acumen.
  • Manage the approvals process for all concepts
  • Identify proactive campaign opportunities that can enhance ratings and increase profitability through client involvement.
  • Actively participate in idea generation sessions and ensure all concepts are on brief and of market leading standard.
  • Drive and support the development of an effective and high performing team

 
To be successful in this position:

  • Appropriate qualifications in Marketing, Business, Promotions or other related disciplines
  • Management and Leadership experience
  • You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the radio or media industry
  • You will have demonstrated your ability to develop and champion innovative Campaign solutions.
  • You will have first class presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure and achieve success in a fast paced environment.
