You will be responsible for ensuring the station's strategic objectives are achieved through excellent local communication, effective tactical planning/execution and on-air work that makes you stand out. As Show Producer, you’ll work on every aspect of on-air content executing the overall strategic direction of our flagship Breakfast show. As the newest member of the SCA Crew you will have: • The ability to carry on-air shifts at a commercial level • Operational skills and awareness, with relevant experience • A sound knowledge and understanding of CRA's Codes of Practice and Broadcasting Standards • Been involved with show producing • An impressive knowledge of current affairs, local events and popular culture that’s relevant to Hit's target audience • Exceptional time management and organisational skills • Knowledge in how to operate Phone Box, Outlook, Word and Adobe Audition • The desire to fall in love with being an early riser (or already love it!)
