About this Role We are seeking a proactive individual with a solid background in radio to join our Content Team. This critical role is responsible for the execution of the content vision through our radio station brands and supporting the Content Director to action all tactical plans of the content team ensuring compliance with all our standards. This role also includes some announcer responsibilities and would ideally suit somebody who enjoys the combination of managing key processes but maintains their passion for announcing. Key responsibilities include:  Manage the station’s form guide as set by content director  Manage and execute LightFM production and pipeline priorities  Oversee all casual and weekend announcers  Be the key contact between content and all other departments across the Light About You You will be a results-orientated individual who enjoys initiating and actioning plans. You will thrive working to tight timelines with the agility to change and adapt where necessary. You will be an exceptional team player and be known as someone who strives to be as a conduit between individuals and teams. Key Selection Criteria  A proven background in radio experience as announcer  Previous experience supervising others  Solid experience managing workflow and task execution within a content team  Previous experience in documenting policy guidelines related to radio/content  Working knowledge of music scheduling software  Working knowledge of on air play out systems  Exceptional communication skills written and verbal  Exceptional attention to detail  Align with our vision & values.
